It is understandable that you might be unsure of home buying and nervous of it. After all, it is the largest financial investment you are likely ever to make. I encourage everyone to buy and own property. It is the most proven investment vehicle, offering high returns, and provides for both a secure environment to call home and the opportunity to put down roots. Due to Calgary's continual growth, homes continue to appreciate greatly. This is why I encourage people to buy as soon as possible, rather than wait. Don't wait until you've saved enough, or make enough money, to afford your dream home. Buy what you can now. You want to get your "foot-in-the-door" before home prices climb any farther.

The typical home buying process will include financing / qualifying with a mortgage broker. This is important as it saves both of our time, and we know what price range you are able to afford. The next stage is the home selection stage where we discuss what type of homes would best suit your needs and view selected homes. Next is the offer / counter offer. After acceptance, we work on our conditions such as financing, home inspection, and/or others. I will be alongside you, offering my my advice, expertise, and knowledge the entire way.
