Staging

To aid in both showings and the best possible pictures, I'll try and make helpful suggestions. Some clients also "stage" their home. Staging is the art of professionally preparing a home for sale, createing a visual impression that is instantly appealing. The buyer feels like they can move right in. Staging ranges from just a consultation to decluttering, rearranging and/or removing furniture, painting, purchasing, organizing, accessorizing rooms and removing and replacing carpet and other floor covering and window coverings. I suggest reading over the staging guide.

Staging will aid us in maxizing the value, by showcasing the home's best elements and minimzing any deficiencies. Staging is a very wise investment of both time and money, and I highly recommend it.

Here are some before and after of staged homes. After reviewing, I'm sure you'll agree that the cost (time and money) involved in staging is well worth it.

Working with his shelf unit and sectional which we took apart and carried some of it into the basement. we added some furniture and lots of accessories. 193 coldstream staged home toronto04
