It has been said that over 80% of prospective buyers will use the internet at some point during their home buying experience. All realtors use mls.ca,and I must admit that while it's an excellent resource, if everyone uses, how do YOU stand out?

Imagine a website created specifically for your property; whereby your residential address is the website address (ie 1120 18th AV NW become www.1120-18av.com). Links from this websites (see video tours), my Maxwell homepage, and most importantly realtor.ca (replaces mls.ca) all leading traffic to your personal home promotion website, complete with extra pics and optional video tour.
