The assembly of the pick and PikSafe safety shield is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

| 1. Start with the assembled pickax and remove the head from the handle by turning the tool upside down and hitting downwards. |  |

| 2. Now simply insert the pick into the PikSafe shield. |  |
|
| 3. drop the completed tool head back unto the handle. |  |
|
| It's ready to protect you. It's that easy. |  |
